You will work retail accounts or accounts with a script to follow along.

You will be able to assist a customer from beginning to end of their call.We are looking for people who enjoy helping others to successfully answer telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services from clients of Five Star Call Centers, while providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude.Position:Customer Success AssociateWork Hours: Shifts between 7:00am-11:00pmWork Days: Mon-Fri & Every Other WeekendPaidTraining Hours:8:00am-5:00pm for up to 2 weeks(Mon-Fri)Status:Full Time or Part TimeStarting Pay: See above, plus shift differential and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performanceWe are looking for backgrounds with strong job history, no gaps in employment and with at least 1 consecutive year working in customer service or call centers.
