Position Summary:

  • Perform administrative tasks to assist the Director of Monitoring in coordination of schedule and events
  • Support the Director of Monitoring in the coordination of team meetings, leader presentations, and coordinating efforts across the monitoring function
  • Support the Director of Monitoring in communication and digital media channels to connect with leaders and agents
  • Reach-out to Signal Chat customers and/or customers that have had an Actual Alarm event
  • Support the rollout and coordination of employee-based programs across the monitoring function
  • Responsible for communications, tracking, coordination of employee related events and activities – adherence to timelines, budget, and implementation activities
  • Lead coordination and tracking of the use of employee reward and incentive program including tracking usage, budget, additional incentives, and measuring effectiveness
  • Coordinate and bring new ideas to boost morale and employee retention across the monitoring function
  • Skills/experience required: business degree preferred, , experience in call center environment required, experience leading project implementations, experience with employee recognition programs budget tracking, calendar management, strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborate with various functional leaders on initiatives, projects, and programs
  • Create and manage feedback loop of current programs, needs, and status
  • Solicit and gauge employee interest of rewards / recognition / appreciation
  • Other duties as assigned
